France Cormier

France obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in 1989 and her Chartered Accountant designation in 1992. She began her career in a chartered accounting firm, where she worked for 13 years. Having gained this experience, she decided to reorient her career and join the family business in 2002. She handles the administrative and financial aspects of the company. The negotiation and application of the collective agreement are also part of her role. In 2013, France and her brother Jimmy decided to acquire their parents’ business. Her motivation is to grow the business while prioritizing a harmonious employer-employee relationship.
